The property is located along Miles Avenue, north of the Highway 93 West bridge across the Whitefish River. The property is located at 102 Miles Avenue and can be legally described as Common Area for Riverbend Homes Condos in Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana. The complete application may be reviewed at the Whitefish Planning and Building Department at 418 E. 2nd Street.
