Bulldogs place high at Ronan Invite

Whitefish had three golfers in the top 10 during the Ronan Invitational over the weekend.

Cameron Kahle led the boys with an 82 in individual scoring, good for seventh place overall, while Ella Shaw took fifth with a 95 and Megan Archibald seventh with just one stroke more.

As a team, the boys took seventh overall.

Earlier in the week the girls took first and the boys second at the Corvallis Invitational at the University of Montana Golf Course.

Shaw finished second overall with a 95, and Archibald, 101, and Anyah Cripe, 110, took sixth and seventh.

Drew Brozek, 80, and Grant Kahle, 83, took third and fourth.

This week they’ll head to Polson for the Polson Invite on Thursday.

That will start at 10 a.m. at Polson Bay Golf Course.

The following day the team will head to Cabinet View Golf Club for the Libby Invite.

That will start at 11 a.m.
