Hundreds of runners competed in the Great Fish Community Challenge 5K Color Run/Walk Saturday morning through downtown Whitefish.

The run/walk is part of the fourth annual Great Fish Community Challenge. The morning also included a Community Celebration with events at Depot Park.

The Whitefish Community Foundation started the challenge in 2015 and it raises money through community donations and match funds for participating nonprofits. Donations are accepted through Sept. 14 at 5 p.m.

To make a donation, visit the foundation website at www.whitefishcommunityfoundation.org. Contact the Whitefish Community Foundation at 406-863-1781 for more information or for questions about donating.
