The property is location at 2041 River Lakes Parkway and can be legally described as Lot 3, Riverside Senior Living Center Subdivision in S8 T30N R21W P.M.M., Flathead County. (WPUD 18-04) Compton-Ring A request by 124 O'Brien Lot, llc for a Conditional Use permit to develop a mixed-use building with six residential units. The property is located at 124 O'Brien Avenue and can be legally described as Lot 6A of Whitefish Amended S 1/2 L4, L5, L6 & L7, Block 39 in S36, T31N, R22W P.M.M., Flathead County (WCUP 18-05) Minnich A request by the City of Whitefish for a Zoning Text Amendment to modify 11-2L-2, WB-3, General Business District, as well as 11-9-2, Definitions, including Hospitality and Entertainment, Hotel, and Residential Short Term Rental, in order to prohibit residential short-term rentals in the WB-2, Secondary Business District.(WZTA 18-04) Taylor Documents pertaining to these agenda items are available for review at the Whitefish Planning & Building Department, 418 E Second Street, during regular business hours.
