No. 2401 CITY OF WHITEFISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET ABANDONMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting to be held December 4, 2017, at 7:10 p.m. in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 East Second Street, the Whitefish City Council will consider discontinuing, abandoning and vacating the portion of the unconstructed street more particularly described as follows: A 20 foot dedicated public road lying adjacent and west of Lot 4 Block 11 Lake Park Addition, records of Flathead County, Montana. Individuals may appear or submit written testimony at the hearing to comment on the proposed street abandonment. A request by Potter's Field Ranch, owner of Mud Man Burgers, for a Food Vendor permit for a hamburger vendor on a vacant lot at 38 Central, Whitefish, Montana, south of the Craggy Range, owned by 38 Central Partners LLC, for one-year permit beginning December 14, 2017.
