Club Championship

Aug. 5 and 6

The Annual Whitefish Lake Golf Club Championship is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday of Aug. 5 and 6. This is a fun event to determine the champions for Men, Ladies, Seniors and juniors with various flights for all levels of participants. Prizes are given for not just the champions in each category but by flights as well. Set aside the dates and plan to join in the tournament fun to see how you stack against your peers. Governor’s Cup

The Annual Governor’s Cup Scramble event will be hosted at Whitefish Lake Golf Club on July 27, 28 and 29. This premier event is sponsored by the Montana Chamber of Commerce and is designed to promote business and industry throughout the state. Teams are entered by corporate partners and consist of four players and a guest, usually a celebrity. Several former Montana governors are scheduled to play as is the current Gov. Steve Bullock. The play will be on one of the 18 holes each day while the other course is open for member and guest rounds.

Tournament

The Annual Member/Guest tournament, a two-person team event, is scheduled for Aug. 19 and 20. While this announcement is fairly early, it may be important for planning purposes to contact your potential partner (a non-member at WLGC) and arrange for travel, etc. Please contact the Golf Shop at 862-5960 for more information.
